Well, we're well into the new year. It's time to start eating healthy! Here's a list of some healthy snacks to replace you old snacks with (replacing your old snacks is MUCH easier to maintain than cutting snacks out alltogether!):
sugar snap peas
baby carrots
hummus
chobani yogurt (they have a TON of protein!)
trail mix
100 calorie bags or popcorn (popcorn is a whole grain)
Here's a little recipe that I can't wait to try: Avocado, salt and lemon juice on toasted whole wheat. Sounds delicious! Happy trails!
